Nissan Dual Fuel Forklifts Montana

Nissan Dual Fuel Forklifts Montana

The IC or internal combustion lift trucks are used most frequently for indoor operations such as trucking, manufacturing, bottling and warehousing. Usually, these units utilize solid rubber tires called cushion tires. The IC forklift models could operate either by Liquid Petroleum Gas or LPG, dual fuel or diesel. The dual fuel units run with both LPG and gasoline. These equipment could function on either fuel but not simultaneously. Internal Combustion or IC engines are Class 4 forklifts. The engine can power the truck, the hydraulics and all functions of the truck.

The GO4 Series and the Nissan Forklift Platinum II units have capacities ranging from 3000 to 11,000 lbs. These units provide CARB certified LPG/gasoline or LPG or dual-fuel engines. The CARB certification on these particular engines enables the forklifts to produce low emissions and gives them the confidence to help protect the natural environment. The environmental certifications like CARB, help employers provide cleaner and therefore safer working settings for their employees.

The fuel management systems provided by Nissan, the LP/Gas combinations, provide optimum engine operation to decrease exhaust emissions and offer fantastic fuel economy at the same time. Every Platinum II fork truck is outfitted with their standard compressive engine protection system in place so as to warn operators in case of a severe drop in oil pressure or excessive heat. This system helps to extend your engine and drive train life to help keep your lift truck investment working at its optimum ability.

Because companies have tried to become more "green" to be more efficient and environmentally friendly, the dual fuel forklifts models have been making big waves in the industry. It's also a good idea to lease the machine for a while to see if you like the way it handles prior to purchasing one. There are a lot of different alternatives within the industry these days and with a little research, you will be able to pick the right model for your particular operation.
