Yale is renowned for providing safe lift trucks that are adaptable and flexible for various tasks and applications. The ability to make and design units for enhanced safety comes from the new technology which is available in the company's experience and the material handling business.
In their latest designs, Yale has started integrating newly available technologies. Some of the new technologies that are available are initially applied to forklift trucks and after that proven further through functionality and durability testing. The company conducts various controlled field tests and reliability development in order to make sure that their products are really safe.
To be able to enhance overall safety, Yale has engineered and developed a lot of new features, that have been incorporated on a lot of models such as:
Operator Compartment Controls and Ergonomics
The ergonomics in the operator compartment along with the controls are made with state-of-the-art technology. These designs help to ensure that the operator avoids fatigue and heavy repetitive motions. These extra comforts help to increase overall productivity.
Adjustable Operators Compartment and Controls
Adjustable operator controls allow the operators to choose the positioning of their necessary controls. This helps make the machinery user friendly, regardless of who is using it. Before starting their shift, the operator could make sure he or she is as comfortable as she or he can be.
Operator Presence System
The Operator Presence System prevents the hydraulic system operation from being utilized if the operator is not in the right operating position. This presence system also disables directional travel on trucks which have IC engines.
Swing-Out LPG Tank Bracket
The LPG tank has a drop down design which brings it out from the vehicle's center to the operator's natural handling position which makes it way easier to change.
