Employers are responsible for making certain that all staff who are using the forklift are correctly trained in risks and safety. Never let anybody on a forklift who isn't trained to utilize the forklift. Your business must develop and post in a visible location all forklift safety measures.

Staff should have a positive attitude when they go through training, rather than doing it just because they are required to.
