Noble has produced a terrific series of rough terrain lift trucks which are both mobile and rugged. These machines have eventually shown a great ability to perform with mobility and stability on all kinds of terrain, all while carry significant loads. The RT forklifts are built on performance and have an emphasis of being able to finish tasks in even the harshest setting.
The Noble RT Series has been designed with the needs and the comfort of the user in mind. The compartment of the driver provides fingertip operational controls and excellent visibility to enable maximum productivity. Additionally, the cab has been designed with a huge "Easy-On and Easy-Off Compartment" for simple exiting and entering.
Operators Compartment - These equipment have been ergonomically engineered for the comfort of the operator's cab. The engineers have strategically positioned the seat in a lower position so as to provide a more comfortable ride and reduce any pitching of the operator. This feature particularly comes into play in long haul operations.
Engine - The RT engine is powered by the Tier II diesel Perkins 1004C-44 engine. This forklift provides optimum performance when completing any task because of the engine and the equipment's tough design.
Mast - The mast is a 45 degree forward, hydraulic tilting device. This tilting mast translates to RT storage and easy to transport. The Noble RT lift truck is equipped with either a 3-stage or 2-stage side shifting mast which has dual side chains along with dual cylinders. The driver's visibility is greatly enhanced by eliminating the center cylinder, the carriage side chains and the hoses.
Frame - ProEngineer software is utilized by Noble engineers to help design and construct an integrated one-piece frame that provides optimum strength, durability and total stability in all outdoor setting.
R Series
The R Series is a forklift which is engineered particularly for Rough Terrain use. The Power Shuttle Transmission is engineered to be dependable and work well in tough settings. There are Leaf Spring Suspension systems that come standard on all units to provide Operator comfort whilst reducing damage to the load, axle and the frame. The engines are designed to offer consistent and reliable power. Non-towable models showcase a strong planetary drive axle.
Noble TR Series
The Noble TR Series has Pantograph Reach Load Delivery System as well as Increased Load Handling Stability. Cellular Frame Construction is Pro-Engineered to eliminate fatigue failures and premature stress. Hydrostatic power offers infinite drive. Clear visibility is attained during load positioning and retrieval due to the center seated position. Last but not least, it just takes the flick of a switch to start 3 or 2 wheel drive.
