Lull Telehandlers
Since the year 1959, Lull has been making telehandlers. Their machinery have been designed for load placement with their patented Stabil-Trak stability system. This system provides much more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers offer various optional attachments and these telehandlers could really help you accomplish all your requirements, while being safe and efficient at the worksite. When accuracy and precision are really important, leave it to a Lull telehandler to accomplish everything you require.
The Future
Numerous attachments have been designed and developed in order to make rough terrain lift trucks as functional as possible. Booms, winches and rotating fork carriages enable the forklift to position materials in a more accurate manner. The booms or articulating booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and are able to reach up and over structures in order to position loads in the center of upper floors or on interior roof slope settings. New products and attachments are being developed and designed all the time and would be available in the future.
A lot of improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. Like for instance, load-reach management devices could restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized to be able to know the weight of the load. This information is sent to a small electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
Once the load is being placed into position, the memory would compare the boom's extension and the angle of the boom with the safety limits. There is an essential lock-up device or a warning system which prevents the operator from over-reaching and potentially causing the forklift to tip over or the boom to fail.
